Directions to Energy Medicine Center
Directions from Route 3
South, traveling Southbound
Take exit 14
(Rockland / Nantasket). At the end of the ramp there will be a set of
lights, at the lights take a left in front of the Home Depot onto route
228 North. About 1/2 mile on the right there will be a Hannaford’s Market,
TJ Max and a major intersection. Take a right turn onto Washington Street
(Rt. 53). You will pass a McDonald’s on your left, go through your next
set of lights and pass the Rite Aid pharmacy on your left. Energy Medicine
Center is the 4th building on the left after Rite Aid pharmacy.
You will see a large black sign with gold lettering that reads 145 NBA.
There is ample parking at the rear of the building, and if needed, there
is a ramp in the front of the building.
Directions from Route 3 North,
traveling Northbound
Take exit 14
(Rockland / Nantasket). At the end of the ramp bear right onto route 228
